We are living in a time that demands new thinking about old things. With new technologies at our disposal, one can now generate enough data to find ways to improve just about anything. The challenge lies in identifying the things that matter.
At LABORGENOME, the thing that matters to us is work. We believe that most people want to work to their fullest potential, and that much of that potential is lost in translation, due to old things - resumes, interviews, and sometimes even intuition. All of these things are largely subjective in their approach and coincidently, all are current standards for matching people to jobs.
We have developed an objective approach to identifying work performance potential. Using data generated from our development quotient algorithm and Dev:Q Score assessment, we have been able to answer previously un-answerable questions about veterans, high school kids, startup founders, firefighters, transitioning workers and IT consultants. We have been able to demonstrate the untapped value of these individuals and scientifically align it to organizational needs, resulting in reduced costs and optimal productivity.
